If you are not satisfied with your product after receiving packages ,you may return it within 10 days of shipment for a PayPal, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.The returned item must be unused, fully functional, undamaged and in its original packaging in resalable condition.

If your item is defective (i.e., ripped canvas/incorrect paint), we’ll offer you a replacement free of cost or refund you in full after getting the item back.

If for any reason, your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund, or issue new kits free of charge.

EXCEPTIONS Note that returns for credit are only available for regular priced items. DISCOUNTED CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. Not all items are eligible for a return. Please contact us if you need confirmation before your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Service department  e-mail ([email protected]) within the next 24 hours after placing it. Otherwise, we may have shipped already, and we have no way to retrieve the item unless you wait for its delivery and return it!

3. Product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging (with all parts and manuals initially included) in resalable conditions
4. Wrap the item securely and include the proof of purchase in the package.
5. Keep the original tracking number of the returned package
